I wish I could give a 17/5, especially for customer service. Brian was beyond excellent. I can not even put into words how much I appreciate all of his help tonight. He really made an awful situation a lot better. I have worked in customer relations for 6 years. Brian has excellent interaction skills. He is very patient, has outstanding communication skills, Knowledgeable, has a calming presence and is very well composed.
